Monthly Highlights - October 2020

Professional of the Month -

Lisandra Concepcion

"I am a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Eaton Aerospace where we design and manufacture debris monitoring systems and fluid accessories for the Aerospace Industry. I coordinate engineering efforts and work cross-functionality to design, test and manufacture products to meet customer needs.

I am passionate about inclusion and diversity and at my last company I founded an affinity group for new hires which organized networking, mentoring and training events for new hires. This affinity group helped connect me with so many talented individuals from around the world where I learned to deeply value diverse backgrounds.

In my free time I enjoy cooking new foods, playing voleyball and basically doing anything outside. "
